His areas of specialization include payroll processing, payroll tax preparation, year-end W-2 and W-3 processing, year-end 1099 and 1096 processing, and payroll audit representation. He attends numerous seminars throughout the year relating to payroll processing. This allows him to keep up to date with the ever changing payroll tax laws. "My goal is to provide each and every client with a personalized payroll service that is customized to each specific client's needs, while remaining a first-class service that is superior to the competition". Over the past three years, Frank, his brother Glenn, and father Frank, coached a West Canada Valley Little League baseball team sponsored by Christopher R. Lambert & Associates. During the 2009 season, they led the team to a regular season league championship with a record 13-1, along with becoming the year-end tournament champions as well. |


Frank M. Broadbent Jr. was born and raised in Newport, NY. He attended West Canada Valley High School and graduated from SUNY Institute of Technology with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), while obtaining a concentration in Finance and Accounting in 2005. During his last year at SUNY IT, he began to work for Christopher R. Lambert & Associates, learning all aspects of the accounting business, while mastering the payroll processing aspect. He has successfully expanded the payroll business over the past 5 years, and remains motivated to provide first-class, personalized service to each and every client.
